Visit Dazaifu Tenmangu and explore the shrine precinct and traditional approach lined with shops. You can also stop to try local snacks at your own expense.
Continue to Ohori Park and the Fukuoka Castle Ruins for a relaxing lakeside walk through Ohori Park, a visit to Maizuru Park, and views of the historic castle ruins.
At Kushida Shrine, discover one of Hakata's important traditional shrines and learn about the area's famous festival traditions.
Explore Kawabata Shopping Arcade, a covered shopping street where you can browse local souvenirs, snacks, and everyday goods.
Finish with free time at Canal City Hakata, a large shopping and entertainment complex known for its canal views, shops, and restaurants.
