Overview
Take a short drive through downtown Kaya Grandi. Bonaires main street.
See the array of shops and restaurants before we reach 1000 steps.
The beach of 1000 steps takes its name from the limestone steps that you can take to get there.
From here you are able to capture the stunning views and beautiful scenery of the clear blue waters.
Take 5-10 minutes to enjoy the panorama.
Our next stop will be the Flamingo Sanctuary.
Take a stroll and take your photos as you see the Flamingos in the background and get sight of the tallest hill on the island, Brandaris.
Drive through the oldest town, Rincon and see some of the oldest buildings on the island.
In Ricnon we will experience a local made cactus liquor drink.
Sit back and relax as we drive near the North East coast.
It is here you will see the splashing waves hitting the cliffs and roaming donkeys before we reach downtown.
Our last stop will be Sery Largu. Named, Long Hill, it is a large monument topped with a cross that marks this lookout point with city and island views.
When the weather is clear you can see Kralendijk and often Curacao.
With your Bonaire adventure now over, you will be taken back to the cruise port in plenty of time for your ships departure.
Should you wish to stay at the beach area you can advise your guide on the day. You will need to make your way back to the port after your beach stay.
