All the Participants MUST wear closed toe shoes during the ATV Adventure · The minimum age to drive a Jeep is 18 years old presenting a valid Driver's License

The Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or tutor

The minimum age for the Tequila Tasting is 18 years old with an official ID

This tour is not available for Participants with limited mobility, back/neck problems, hearth/lungs problems, pregnant women, epilepsy and/or recent surgery (less than 6 months)

The Participants must take into consideration their fitness level to participate on the tour · Maximum Weight Limit per Participant is 300 Lbs (Single Rider) and Maximum Combined Weight Limit is 400 Lbs (Double Rider – 2 Participants sharing one ATV)
