Overview
No visit to Grand Cayman is complete without a visit to the famous Stingray City sandbar to interact with the friendly stingrays. Fortunately for you, this trip is provided by the company who "discovered" Stingray City. Perhaps the original owner will even be on board during your tour. Although he is now retired, he still loves to get on the boat, interact with the guests, and relate stories of what life was like in Caymans earlier days.
You'll board a cabin cruiser for this three-hour trip, which includes a stop at the Stingray City sandbar for interacting with the stingrays in waist-deep water. You can enjoy having the stingrays swim around you or you can snorkel and get a little more up close and personal. Food for the stingrays is provided so you can experience the feeling of them grabbing the goodies with their mouths on the underside of their body as they swim over your hand.
One of the other snorkel stops is the gorgeous Barrier Reef. Here you'll snorkel in 8-10 feet deep water that is inhabited by nurse sharks and moray eels, as well as beautiful coral and thousands of fish.
The third snorkel destination is Coral Gardens, a cluster of coral formations which is home to thousands of fish and a few stingrays. Your captain will determine the order of the snorkel stops.

You will need to allow at least 1 hour and 15 minutes between the time your cruise ship arrives and the start time you select. Your return should also be at least 1 hour and 15 minutes before your cruise ships departure.

The meeting location is two blocks from the pier. Directions will be on your voucher.

Though we have no restrictions on ages for this trip, we suggest that if you have little ones, you bring along floaties for their arms. The snorkel gear is sized for children ages 4 and over. You may want to purchase a children's size set prior to your cruise.
