Learning about the beauty as well as the ecological importance of this unique ecosystem is part of the experience so you leave informed as well as mesmerized.

Once you arrive at the start of the real adventure, your guide will lead you on a nature walk through Everglades National Park. Here you will be immersed into three different ecosystems within this stunning tropical wetlands.

Your guide will point out different examples of how nature works here. You'll see the tropical hardwood hammock of mature trees and plants and have the opportunity to see alligators, birds and other wildlife up close.

It is now time begin the exhilarating airboat adventure. This is not the commercial airboat adventure that everyone else does, but a 1-hour airboat ride in the heart of the REAL Everglades. Do not expect to see pens or cages of alligators on this tour. Instead, you will have an authentic view of wild alligators in their natural environment. Our visit to a historic and culturally significant Miccosukee Indian Village in a remote location accessed only by boat will be another highlight. See the special customs, history, and way of life that exists to this day.

After the amazing airboat tour, sit back and relax on the ride back to your hotel, with plenty of time to eat lunch and enjoy the rest of the day - or we can take you to the cruise ship terminal.
