It’s elegant and complex, with hints of grated ginger, freshly baked croissants and toasted hazelnuts and that distinct, salty mineral note cutting through, leading to a long, zesty finish.
- • BLANC DE NOIRS 2020: Gold-medal winner, Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships 2025. Intense and rich, the Blanc de Noirs is red-fruit driven and precise. The 2020 vintage is plush and bold, with flavours of ripe raspberry, red apple and blueberry. It enjoys extended lees ageing to develop its complexity and depth.
