- Can you provide a child seat? This is by request only.
- What type of vehicles would I expect? It depends on how large your party is, we provide all sizes of transport from cars and minibusses to coaches.
- How far in advance would I need to reserve transfers? It is always better to reserve them as soon as you can, some destinations there is limited transport available especially on busy cruise port days.
- If I book a transfer to pick me up from the cruise port where will the driver be waiting? Our drivers will be waiting at the arrivals area, with a Venture Ashore Sign.
- If I book a transfer to pick me up from the airport where will the driver be waiting? Our driver will be waiting in the airport terminal, all of our drivers monitor the flight arrivals so if you are delayed you will still be met.
- What if we cannot locate our driver? We provide an emergency contact number on our voucher which we issue to all clients on booking.
- If I want to reserve the transfers when do I make payment? We would require full payment on booking.
