If your drop off location is at the airport, you should not book this trip unless your domestic flight (within Canada) departs no earlier than 4:45 p.m. or your international flight (including flights to the United States) departs at 5:45 p.m. or later.

If your departure location is the Amtrak Station, you should not book this trip unless your train departs no earlier than 90 minutes following the scheduled conclusion of the tour.

If your ship arrives at Ballantyne Pier, your pickup time may be 30 minutes earlier.

Guests using foldable and manual wheelchairs are required to advise at the time of booking. Space is not guaranteed and subject to availability.

None of the vehicles have a lift, so all participants must be able to get into the vehicle without use of the wheelchair.
