Overview

Your car and driver will meet and greet you at the airport upon arrival.

He/she will wait for you right outside the customs area and will take care of loading your luggage on the limousine.
You will then be driven to Piazzale Roma, the car terminal in Venice, where you will find your water taxi waiting for you.
You will board the water taxi and be taken to your hotel with your escort leading you the whole way.

If you are coming from your hotel, you will be picked up by water taxi and taken to Piazzale Roma, where your car will be waiting to take you to the airport.
This transfer is for up to 8 people. If you have more than 8 people and/or 14 pieces of luggage, please purchase multiple transfers.

Please note that the capacity of the water taxi is 14 pieces of luggage so there is room for approximately two pieces of luggage per person. If you have more than 2 pieces of luggage per person and it is under 14 pieces maximum you will be charged an extra 5EUR for boat porterage per piece of luggage.
There is also a 20EUR fee for drop-offs and pick-ups at interior canal hotels or Lido Island hotels.

Special Instructions

Some hotels in Venice do not have a canal where a taxi can get to directly. If this is the case with your hotel, your water taxi will pick you up or drop you off at the closest possible landing stage. Please check with your hotel, and arrange for the hotels porters to help you from the water taxi to the hotel entrance if necessary. With high or low tide it might not be possible to access an inner canal landing stage, as the boat might not be able to go under bridges or the water might be too shallow. This may occur at very high or very low tide. In this instance you will be taken to the closest landing stage possible to your hotel
If you miss a plane or experience long or serious delays due to missed/cancelled flights or lost luggage, please contact your tour operators at the number provided to you on your voucher. If your tour operator does not hear from you, you may be charged for the time they have to wait for you at the airport. If your flight was cancelled and they do not hear from you, you will be charged the full amount of your transfer
If any of your luggage gets lost, please approach the sliding doors of the customs area. You will find your driver/assistant right outside with a sign with your name. Kindly let him/her know that you'll be late

Price allows for 2 luggage pieces per person up to 7 people, with a maximum of 14 pieces per boat
