Overview
If you are coming from the airport, your car and driver will meet and greet you upon arrival. He will wait for you right outside the customs area and will take care of loading your luggage into the limousine. You will be taken to the cruise ship pier, where upon arrival you will check your luggage with the help of porters.
If you are coming from your cruise ship, disembark and go through customs. Then walk out of the customs area to the parking place, where you will find your limousine to take you to the airport. More specific meeting instructions will be provided on your voucher.

If you miss a plane or experience long or serious delays due to missed/cancelled flights or lost luggage, please contact your tour operators at the number provided on your voucher.
