Overview
A journey of adventure awaits as you board the 6 passenger motor boat, your boat Captain leads you through the Inside Passage, heading towards Alaska's main kayaking destination and also where the humpback whale feeding area is.
Take in the views of wild Alaska from the coastline, arriving at a remote island at the Channel Islands State Marine Park, you will leave your motorboat and enjoy a quick snack followed by your introduction to kayaking.
Learn the techniques from your experienced Kayak guide and get ready to set off in your tandem kayak. This exciting adventure introduces you to the home of sea lions, seals, eagles, and whales, you will actively search for wildlife, you never know what you might see!
The time spent in the kayak will vary on the day based on the groups pace, location and marine conditions, it can be up to 2 hours of kayaking.
After this unforgettable experience you cruise back to the harbor, de-gear and board your transport back to the cruise pier.
Whale and wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, however your guide will take you to the best spots in the area.
