THIS IS A PRIVATE TOUR
You will drive for approximately 30 mins to Long Son Island with peaceful sceneries along the way.
Upon arrival, you will see many floating aquaculture, where local people plant a lot of fish species such as oysters. Meet and contact with fisherman to learn about their everyday life.
You will then proceed to Long Son Big House complex, where Mr. Le and his family members set sail from Kien Giang province to Vung Tau peninsula to explore new land and reclaimed the land on Long Son island.
The Big House complex was partially built in 1900 and completed in 1929. The complex consists of many other houses for worship, accommodation, guest houses, graveyard area and kitchen, etc. They are connected into a huge complex which is strange and unique in Vietnamese architecture.
Exploring the Big House, meet family member and enjoy delicious lunch with them to experience reality southern life style and history of Vietnam.
If you wish to purchase some souvenirs, a stop will be included to the local markets before returning back to the port.
