Begin your private tour by being taken on a scenic drive to the Local Market of Vietnam! Here you will wander through the busy stalls and shops of the Market where you have an introduction to the ingredients that goes into the cuisine here. Vietnamese cuisine is not only fresh but it also colorful and balanced as it is from tropical agriculture, it is influenced by the concept of Yin Yang Harmony, each ingredient plays a role to make the perfect balanced meal. 

Our professional tour guide will take you to the Cooking Centre, where they will introduce you to the main Chef who will help you guide what they do with what ingredients go into which foods and the chef will introduce you to how to play with the ingredients and they will teach you about every detail that goes into every meal to make it balanced and unique. After this, it is your turn to test out what you have learned in the cooking class and to show how good of a cook you are! 

You will spend approximately 1 and a half hours at the Cooking Centre, then you will continue on with the tour you will move on to the Saigon Center Mall, where it is filled with stalls and shops on two levels selling Fashion and Accessories! Along the way, you will visit the Laquer Factory, when in Asia you must visit the Factory, these pieces of art are highly prized for their beauty and their skilled craftsmen, which takes months for a perfect result! 

Enjoy your shopping time around the city where you will have the chance to buy great souvenirs or gifts.
