Monte Carlo Magic – Tour of Monaco at its Best

Overview

We will commence with a short drive through Cannes, your English-speaking driver will point out the famous hotels where the rich and famous stay, where the Cannes Festival is held and of course the beautiful stretch of golden beaches Cannes has to offer.

On the way to Monaco, your driver will be giving you running commentary about the French Riviera, the history, the produce, and of course the best places to visit.

The first stop in the tour will be the Old Town of Monaco, as we arrive here the views are stunning, as your transportation parks in the coach park below your driver will take you up to view the most spectacular mansions on show in this very rich destination. Here you will see the Princes Palace with its grand architecture. Sometimes it is possible to see the changing of the guards (depending on the time, this changes at approximately 11:55 am every morning).

You'll have the opportunity to see the wonderful Monaco Cathedral a definite photo opportunity. For a chance to relax and enjoy the lush greenery, we will also make a stop at the Monaco Gardens too. There will be some free time allowed in Monaco to perhaps get a coffee, ice cream, or just plenty of photo opportunities.

From the Old Town of Monaco, we move onto Monte Carlo where we can marvel in the glitz and glamour of this destination plus we'll also be taking time to see the Monte Carlo casino (if you wish to enter the Monte Carlo Casino this is 10 euros per person and entrance is before 2 pm). The Monaco tour would not be complete without a visit to the world-class Grand Prix circuit. (The Grand Prix circuit is the actual road the tour travels on).

Finally, at the end of the tour, we will return back to port in plenty of time for your cruise ships departure.

During the Grand Prix and Historical Grand Prix it will not be possible to do the itinerary of the tour. In these cases, we will change the tour to St Paul de Vence, Cannes and Antibes. .
