Cartagena Highlights - Walking Tour

Overview

We will start this comprehensive walking tour by visiting the Punic Wall, essentially the wall that was cerated to protect the city. Your guide will fill you in on all of the interesting history surrounding this area, and of course, will be available for any questions.

Next, we continue past the university, and after hearing about more of the background of the area, you'll see the Panoramic elevator and the Civil War Air Raid Shelter Museum, fascinating.

We will make sure you also visit Torres Park, with its Castle of la Concepcion, the oldest in the city (XIV century). Also find here the Plaza de Toros (Bullring), under whose arena the remains of the legendary Roman Amphitheater can be found.
