Nice is the perfect place to start. You'll wend your way there via the Low Corniche Road as it skirts along the rocky coastline. The 13th-century village of Nice is one of those very beautiful old towns that you can happily lose yourself in for hours. So you'll be glad to hear that there's plenty of time to see the sights and take it all in.

Don't miss the market square. It's always beautifully bedecked with flowers and affords some wonderful photo opportunities.

Continuing to celebrate the majesty of the French Riviera's past, the village of Eze is next on your list. This 13th-century site rises 1200 feet above the sea. Follow the narrow streets up the hill and you'll reach a garden. This is the highest point in the village and the views, as you can imagine, are absolutely amazing.

To finish, it had to be somewhere that encapsulates the best of the past and present. Somewhere that brings you the majesty of a royal palace, the excitement of a Grand Prix race circuit, and the chic style of some of the world's finest hotels. It could only be Monaco.

Monaco is the gleaming jewel in the French Riviera and the perfect last stop on your exploration of the very best the region has to offer.

There is a lot of walking involved, do wear comfortable footwear. Eze is a medieval village situated on a hillside, there are some steep inclines and steps.
During the Grand Prix and Historical Grand Prix, it will not be possible to do the itinerary of the tour. In these cases, we will change the tour to St Paul de Vence, Cannes and Antibes. Please contact Venture Ashore Sales Team for further information and dates.
Wear cool and comfortable clothes and bring your sunglasses, sunscreen, sunhat and water bottle and a printout of your voucher.
It is recommended to drink plenty of water - it can get unseasonably hot.
