Overview

You will be met at the cruise port of Rotterdam ready to commence your tour.

The tour will commence with a drive to the Kinderdijk windmills, this will take approximately 30 minutes from the cruise port. Nothing will prepare you for the sight of this Unesco World Heritage site.

There are 19 original windmills lined up, the most beautiful landscape. You will also have the opportunity of visiting the museum mill which is included within the tour price.

The tour will then continue to Delft, which will be approximately 45 minutes drive. Arriving into this historic town, the guide will take you on an exploration of the town, pointing out medieval monuments like the entrance gate and the two famous churches. Discover the beautiful architecture from the Dutch Golden Age, canal house and the prolific town hall. Delft is a beautiful town and it is here where you will enjoy a delicious lunch stop in an old Canal House.

After lunch, the final stop will be The Hague and the world famous Mauritshuis Museum, which is home to famous painting from artists such as Rembrandt, Vermeer (including 'the girl with a pearl earring'). The museum is situated next to the 800 year old political center of The Netherlands, absolutely breath taking!

After this amazing day of exploring, you will be taken back to the cruise ship in plenty of time for your cruise ships departure.

• Cruise port meet your Driver Guide
- • Transfer to Kinderdijk (around 30 minutes)
  - • Visit the windmills of Kinderdijk: Walk along the 19 traditional windmills and visit the museum mill
    - • Transfer to Delft (45 minutes)
      - • Guided tour of Delft
        • Lunch in Restaurant in Delft (1 hour)
        • Transfer to the Hague (30 minutes)
        • Visit Mauritshuis Museum (90 Minutes)
        • Transfer back to the cruise port (30 minutes)
